U.S. 18 U.S.C. Statement of Compliance Section 2257

For the purposes of this certification, the expressions below are understood as follows:

Company - UMHERO LP, with company registration number: LP022894 and registered address: 85 Great Portland Street, First Floor, London, W3W7LT, United Kingdom.

Content, Materials - information materials in any form (text, audio, video, image files, photographs, images and any other files), posted, sent, published, stored, distributed, transmitted by the User in any form (for example, in the form of a text message , an attached file of any format, links to posting on the Internet, etc.) within or in connection with the use of the Application and its Services.

Application - a collective concept used for the purposes of this certification, as a set of UMHero electronic information systems existing at the moment or which will be created subsequently, in the form of a website, UMHero mobile application, as well as any other media platforms or media associated with them channels.

No use of sexually explicit content

In accordance with US Law 18 U.S.C. Section 2257 (Child Protection and Obscenity Enforcement Act of 1988) and other international acts, the Company does not post or store content that falls under the definition of 18 U.S.C. Section 2256 as content containing explicit sexual conduct (sexually explicit conduct).

When registering, the Company also obliges Users to confirm that Users are adults in the jurisdiction in which they live (from 18 years old).

Disclaimer, content of Users (third parties)

The User is solely responsible for maintaining communication with other Users, the Company through the Application is only an intermediary providing a platform for such communication.

The Company is not a manufacturer of materials posted on the site, nor does it hire, conclude contracts, manage or in any other way organize the participation of Users or any other persons in sexually explicit communication and sending / posting content containing explicit sexual behavior (sexually explicit conduct). Any person registered in the Application as a User can independently and independently of the Application create and publish their own images, videos, and chat.

The company does not endorse or support the creation and posting of materials that are clearly sexual in nature by Users. Users are prohibited from posting on any page and in any chat of the Application the following types of materials: pornographic or other immoral information; content that contains images of minors, slander, obscene language, information related to violence and / or sexual and other harassment, materials calling (even indirectly) for cruelty, terror or violence; materials that (even indirectly) discredit Users or other persons, contain threats, obscene words and expressions, calls for violence, inflict (even indirectly) or may damage the honor, dignity and business reputation of the User or the business reputation of third parties, as well as any other materials that may offend human dignity, religious and other feelings; any materials that violate applicable laws and generally accepted standards.

By posting information in the Appendix or offering it for placement, the User is solely responsible for its compliance with US 18 U.S.C. Section 2257 and other provisions of applicable law, including liability to third parties in cases where the placement of such information in the Appendix violates the rights and legitimate interests of third parties, including the personal non-property rights of authors, other intellectual rights of third parties, and / or infringes on those owned im intangible goods.

The Company has the right, at its discretion, including on the basis of complaints from other Users, to block or delete the User’s account and deny the User to use the Application if the User demonstrates explicit sexual behavior in the Application, including nude male and female genital organs, sexual intercourse, other content of a pornographic nature; place / forward in the Application Materials that contain images of children / minors in any case, even if the User is present in such Materials or the materials are not of an explicit sexual nature.

Application Administration Content

The content of the administration or the administration of the Application never, under any circumstances, is erotic or pornographic in the meaning of content containing sexually explicit conduct for the purposes of US Law 18 U.S.C. Section 2256, therefore, such content is NOT subject to US Law 18 U.S.C. Section 2257.
